Pinned topic behavioral differences between IBM JDK 5.0 and 6.0 for vagueness in JCK

‏2012-04-26T11:01:47Z |
Both implementations of IBM JDK 5.0 and 6.0 have passed the JCK (Java Compliance Kit). This means that they both meet the spec for a 5.0 Java Virtual Machine implementation and their class libraries. This is not to say there may be behavioral difference between the 2 implementations in areas not fully covered by the JCK or in places where the spec is vague and open to interpretation.

My question is this.

Is there a known list of items that describe behavioral differences between IBM JDK 5.0 and 6.0 caused by vagueness in JCK?

No, there is no such list. If you have a specific difference in behaviour which you would like investigated or explained, please raise a PMR via your IBM support contract and the Java support team will respond.
