When clicking on the ‘Add’ button for a repeating table, we get a ‘Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage’ when using IE 9 or 8. With Firefox, it works perfectly. Has anyone seen this behavior? If so, any known work around? When the error occurs, if we ask IE to try ‘Diagnose Connection Problems’, we then get a page displaying a JSP Processing Error of code 404 with Root Cause: java.io.FileNotFoundException: JSPG0036E: Failed to find resource /html/coach.jsp
This is a brand new 64 bit install on the IBM Cloud, so we’re wondering if possibly the install is corrupt and we’re missing some files.

This is the accepted answer. If there were missing files, I would expect the problem to happen on all browsers. Any chance it has to do with IE security settings? For example can you tell if JS is working for the site?

we hit a similar error to this with the same resource error, root cause ended up being that our temp directory location was shared with another bpm application server (older version) plus we had an issue with permissions.
