I have installed the Support Assistant, and added Health Center. However when I Launch Health Center, I just get a status tab with the various tools reporting that there is no data available. No connection wizard appears to allow me to connect to an agent. No idea what to do next....

Are you able to click on "File->New Connection..." ? Also, can you confirm the level of the IBM Support Assistant you are running. This can be found by clicking "Help->About IBM Support Assistant"
