I'm going to guess that the error message is

UDA-SQL-0107 A general exception has occurred during the operation
"prepare". [NCR][ODBC Teradata][Teradata Database] Name is longer than 30 characters.Unable to get catalog string.

In which case, this is a limitation of the Teradata database. The solution is to either use shorter query subject names or to adjust the aliasing property in the Cognos ini files.

If this isn't helpful then I would recommend looking at the following link to identify some useful information to include when asking for assistance.

The error message is a start. How about a bit more information on how you have structured your query and your model?

What sort of content is in your package? Is the package a relational source? If so, which database? If it is not relational then this sort of error is likely expected because you cannot combine OLAP and relational data in this way.
