Pinned topic nmon Network screen not showing interface stats correctly

I recently upgraded a pair of LPARs to 6.1.7.3. They are running bos.perf.tools 6.1.7.2.

There is a single virtual Ethernet interface on each LPAR, with 802.1q enabled. Inside AIX, two VLAN devices have been defined so that we have three interfaces: en0, en1, and en2.

Since the upgrade, when I run nmon and select the Network screen, I see traffic only on the en0 interface. Nothing shows up on en1 or en2, although it does when I use netstat instead.

Or has something changed along the way that I need to account for in my configuration? I didn't build these servers, and would prefer to use three separate vEth adapters so I don't have to have VLAN devices, but I'm not able to make that change at this time.
