I have an error when i try to use IBM charts with ITM. I want to check if ITMWebService is running... Please, anyone know how do it?

If the agent you are talking about is grayed out on the TEP then it is stopped.
If not and the TEP workspaces are empty then we need to know which type of agent you are using and the error message you get...
