Pinned topic activate eclipselink features

‏2012-03-06T22:36:52Z |
Hi
I'm running RAD 8.0.3 and have installed EclipseLink 2.3.1 from http://download.eclipse.org/rt/eclipselink/updates/
EclipseLink is showing in my installation list for RAD (Help->About->Installation Details), but not the eclipselink - specific features. For example, there are no configurators on the mapping file dialog or session information in my persistenc.xml. For what it's worth, the "old" stuff still works - i.e I can generate a JPA projecdt, generate entities, etc. Again, just no eclipse-link specific enhancements.

How do I enable the eclipselink-specific dialogs in RAD 8.0.3 ?

    Tony,

Did you ever get this to work? If so, what did you need to do?

    Thanks.

    Rob.

    Hi Rob,

Thanks for following up.  In the short term, I believe I just switched between 8.0.3 and a native eclipse installation, with the eclipselink on the native install.  I did later upgrade to 8.0.4 - I'm satisfied with the JPA offerings at that level.

I think we can consider this thread closed.  Thanks again.
