DBArtisan from Embarcadero Technologies is a multiplatform database administration tool.
It supports Sybase, SQL Server, Informix, DB2 LUW and DB2 for z/OS databases.

Another great (and inexpensive) tool is AQT (advanced query tool): www.querytool.com

It allows comparisons between several different DBMSes (ex: comparing table definitions between DB2 z/OS and Oracle).
