Pinned topic Failed to start Tivoli Enterprise Portal

Gents,

I am trying to install Tivoli Monitoring 6.1, During installation BuildPresentation is failed, but I re-run it after finished the installation. Everything went good but I unable to start Tivoli Enterprise Portal. I got this Error is log. Based on the error I also visited the following links and trying to fix it but could not be successful.

My enviornment detail is as below.

OS: Windows 2008 R1 64bit
Tivoli: 6.1
Fixpack 7.2
Full version is: 6.10.7.2
Database: DB2 8.3 Ent

    Hi,
    It seems that the error is related to the GSKit. Did you used the same encription key for all the ITM components?
    Did you used the "execute as Administrator" menu option to run the setup.exe to deploy ITM?
    Also the GSKit key database might be corrupted. See http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21382495
