Pinned topic HTTP Request Body Substitution

‏2012-03-04T16:05:50Z |
Could you please let me know , if there is explicit support available in IHS to parse Html response Body and replace the content.

My version of IHS is 7.0.

Any third party module available to achieve this ?

regards,
Abhay

Nothing provided with IHS, you'd have to build mod_substitute or mod_sed from apache.org.

Thanks a lot Eric for the clarification

I run this command in "httpd -l" in IHS , I am getting the below error . Does this mean , that IHS 7 does not have DSo support.
exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program httpd because of the following errors:
0509-150 Dependent module libaprutil-1.so could not be loaded.
      0509-022 Cannot load module libaprutil-1.so.
0509-026 System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.

      Do i need to re-install IHS ?

On Unix, you have to invoke apachectl, not httpd directly,

          Thanks for the response Eric
Is there any difference in the build process of IHS and apache ?
Could you please provide some documentation on the build process ?

There's no difference. Most modules are just built by running the bin/apxs utility provided with IHS/Apache. More complicated third-party modules might have their own build that invokes apxs, otherwise you can just run it yourself.
