I'm getting an access violation from msctf.dll when I try to run any file within purify. This also affects the hello.exe shipped with purity itsself. I'm using 7.0.1-001 on Windows7 Enterprise 32bit german. I saw a support ticket claiming that problem would occur in the japanese windows version with the conclusion that it had been fixed (PM36647).
Did anybody already had such problems and knows a solution or where to obtain such fixes which are not available as iFix ?
Thanks in advance.

Please contact your local Tech Support team. (In the U.S., you
can call 1-800-IBM-SERV). The fix for PM36647 will be available
in the upcoming iFix 003, but Tech Support may be able to give
you access to a Limited Availability iFix (LA iFix) which also
contains the fix.
