Pinned topic Data transfer failure- secure connector running....without stop

‏2012-01-24T05:45:56Z |
Hi.

DB2 and Salesforce can be connected through secure connector.
After the when I run the transformation the data transformation is not taking place.
In the connector I can see the deploy activity called but it does not transfer any data.

There is also no update or error message in the Activities of cast iron express

Thanks
suresh

Sorry..I didn't realize that they were no error logged.

Now, when started the integration what was the operation that you were using on the database, and were you asked to create the assets?
If the assets were created successfully(you can see the sql statements) assuming that the integration has been started after this step, did you notice any successfull mesage in the activity feed that involve this integration?

    Thanks,

    Hi Vasile
    Thanks for your reply.
Using insert operation from salesforce to DB2.
Yes only once express asked me to create the assets and transformation started but failed.
So second time I tried that time there was no message to create assets again the transformation failed.

When I do the deploy, I can see the deploy action/message in the secure connector but there is no message in the
express activity feed. Please refer to the attached screen shot of secure connector.

What happens when you're are inserting a new row in the table? Can you query the "buffer" table(you should see a table named CI_BT_INSERT_<TABLE_NAME>) that the assets creates and check if the rows has been also inserted in that table?

    Thanks,
