Pinned topic Adding to Alert List Error- Business Insight Error

Hi everybody
I'm running c10.1.1 on Windows Server 2003 SP1 64 with IIS 6.0
my question is:
When I want want to add a report, Agent, etc. to my Alert List, I get a blank page with an error picture with no text about the error details.
At same time using business Insight if I expand a Report in order to access objects(charts,crosstab,etc) I get the error "Unable to complete the action" Details: "Unable to connect to server"
Are these a configuration/security issues?
