I found Cumulative Fix 1 release note.
I can not find CF1 on Fix central site.

Re: Cumulative Fix 1 (CF1) for IBM Mashup Center v184.108.40.20612-01-30T10:02:21Z in response to SystemAdminPlease help me about Cumulative Fix's APAR No.
I think that APAR LO65057 is only using migration, because APAR's abstract is :
Fixes need for Mashups v220.127.116.11 to Mashups v18.104.22.168 data migration. This APAR should be applied after Mashups 3.0 has been updated to v22.214.171.124 and before data migration from v126.96.36.199 is initiated.
I think that cumulative fix can be found under APAR LO65926, because APAR's abstract is :
Comprehensive fixpack 1 for v188.8.131.52 Includes all APARS published since IMC v184.108.40.206 GA and numerous defect fixes and performance enhancements.
Is it collect?

Re: Cumulative Fix 1 (CF1) for IBM Mashup Center v220.127.116.1112-01-30T21:19:18Z in response to MitsukiWrong number - two fixpacks were released the same day . the Cummulative fixpack is: LO65926
If you hoover over the fixCentral link you will see the description. LO65926's Abstract says 'Cummulative Fixpack...'
APAR LO65057 is only needed if you are migrating from Mashup Center 18.104.22.168 to 22.214.171.124.
LO65926 is applied to a server already at 126.96.36.199
