I was wondering if someone can clarify exactly what is meant by "Limited to 1 CPU, 1 GB memory, and 8 GB storage".
Does this mean:
1. It will refuse to install/run on a machine if it detects more than one cpu or 1GB RAM in the machine.
2. It is capable of running on a machine with more than 1 cpu and/or 1GB RAM, but will be in breach of the license.
3. It is permissible to install and run on a machine with more then 1 cpu and/or 1GB RAM, but the software itself will only make use of 1 cpu and 1 GB RAM.
I want to set up a machine at home to mess around doing some development, mainly for self-education, and I am looking at buying a cheap second hand computer on eBay. However most computers these days have more than one cpu.
