Pinned topic Reports missing in Common Reporting section in ITNM 3.9

‏2012-01-12T14:02:10Z |
Hi to all.
I´ve just performed an installation of ITNM 3.9 on a LINUX SUSE 11 SLES and using a DB2 database.
Everything´s right. It finished normally without errors and all services are in running normally, in running state.
I´ve performed a few discoveries previous configuring them (scope, snmp communities, poll policies and poll definitions, etc) and everything´s right, but the reports are missing from the ITNM Common Reporting GUI. I don´t have any report available there, but the TCR module appears to be installed.
I tried to stop and start all ITNM services (itnm_stop and itnm_start commands provided), but it not fix it.
I tried to stop and start TCR server (stopTCRserver.sh an startTCRserver.sh) but it did not fix the problem neither.

Is there any way to copy or import the itnm TCR reports from somewhere without having to re install ITNM?

Should I re install ITNM?

Please, help me to solve this problem.

Thanks,

Paul

What you can do is to run the attached script that will redeploy the report packages and read the dbLogins.cfg to know the ITNM database information and create the BIRT/Cognos data sources.

    1) . $NCHOME/env.sh
    2) cd <dir_configTCR>
    3) configTCR.sh -d <NCIM_DB_password> -p <tipadmin_password>
