I am new to ITCAM for AD, we already enabled L1 monitoring for WebSphere, J2ee components, when we change from L1 to L2 or L3, ITCAM DC agents restarts the corresponding WebSphere or J2ee Application servers. It is normal behaviors for ITCAM agents. Could you please share the links related to this.

have you updated the customtoolkit.xml (on Datacollector side) for L2 and L3 monitoring levels?
