How do I retrieve the space allocated and current utilization of the various logical partitions in SuSE Linux? We are currently using SuSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 10.2.

I don't have a SUSE system to test on, but you might try this this relevance:
(name of it, free space of it, total space of it) of drives whose (type of it = "DRIVE_FIXED")
