I need to copy all the rows in a query to be pasted into an email, if I copy all rows, the heading do not come along with the copy, How would I do that?

One possible option would be if you execute the SELECT command from SQL and XQuery editor, you can right click on any row in the Result tab and select Export->Current Result. This will save the data in a file with headings that can later be copy pasted anywhere.

There should be some kind of feature to copy the data thru 'CTRL+C' like that. For day to day work, if it is small amount of data, extract data thru Export is very much annoying.
Please let me know if there is much easier way to copy the data.
