Pinned topic Platform support of SNA protocol
We have developed an application with client server architecture where client and server has capability to talk with each other using either TCP/IP or IBM SNA protocol. Our application is an 32 bit application.
We now need to check whether the latest versions of Windows(i.e Windows 7 64 bit, Windows 7 32 bit, Windows Server 2008 R2 etc) does support SNA protocol.
Can you please let us know whether the following platforms(i.e *Windows 7 64 bit, Windows 7 32 bit, Windows Server 2008 R*2 etc) does support SNA protocol?

Yes, the Windows 64-bit OS platform is supported for SNA. See the SNA Modernization Access Node Red Paper on how the TCP/IP client/server supports this for SNA.
