Pinned topic Error While Configuring J2ee Data collector for Weblogic 10.3.2 on Solaris

‏2011-10-12T13:33:44Z |
Hi,
I am trying to configure ITCAM for AD J2EE data collector FP5-ifix4 for Weblogic 10.3.2.0, Admin server and Managed server are installed on the same machine, i selected the app server checkboxe and unchecked the startup script checkbox, it displayed the attached error message. I tried for multiple times with different option but the error was the same. I also tried to check the logs files but still have no useful information. if any body knows what is happening please help.

From the ITCAM dev team: There is no other way to find out what's wrong than collect DC logs from configuration. As default they are in directories:
    /var/ibm/tivoli/common/CYN/logs/launchContainer
    or c:\Program Files\IBM\tivoli\common\CYN\logs\launchContainer\

It could be: wrong credentials, managed server or Administration server is shutdown.

Hi Dave , thanks for the response,I have already checked the logs but unable to find any logs related to this error, also credentials are OK as DC fist validate it and then move to second step, also i have checked the managed server and it is running, from the admin server web console.
