We are in the planning stages of implementing FSM into our environment. With the demos IBM have shown us it appears there is a considerable amount of info displayed on the FSM screens. What size monitors would be recommended to display this info in a clear manner without us having to constantly switch screens?
Also, alerts can be sent through the Blackberry system. Should Blackberries be considered a must have for the FileNet systems support staff?
Any other ideas you can think meay help will be appreciated.

This is the accepted answer.The first thing we did was to find out which alerts were absolutely necessary. If you get too many alerts, after a while it is easy to dismiss them. You can always add more later. Then you want to know the thresholds - when does something become 'critical' as opposed to just a 'warning'. You will want to filter out the alerts that you don't need. You also want to set the times that you want the alerts to be sent. We only send them between the hours of 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM. The alerts are sent to our pagers/Blackberries. It is a good idea to use those, although not a must have.
