Pinned topic Caching Proxy delays 1 minute to open ports

‏2011-10-03T05:36:46Z |
Hi I just installed CP, and its latest update of the version 6.1 on a power 7 with AIX:

./admin/showversion
wses_admin.rte 6.1.0.24
wses_cp.base 6.1.0.24
wses_cp.msg.en_US.base 6.1.0.24
wses_doc.en_US 6.1.0.0
wses_icu.rte 6.1.0.24

The thing is that, between the issue of the command of

ibmproxy

and a positive result of the

netstat -a | grep
".80"

commands is exactly 60 seconds. I don't see any intensive processor use on

sar 1 60

The same version on a power 5, with the same options opens the port immediately, should I open a PMR?

    Hi,
Seems it was old question so that I believe that you already solved the issue...

Are you saying that your "netstat -a..." command takes about 60secs?
If so, could you try "-an" option for netstat command like

    1. netstat -an|grep ".80"
