Does WebSphere Application Server Feature Pack for Dynamic Scripting also have 'app builder' like WebSphere smash ?
or do I need to install 'app builder' separately ?

This is the accepted answer.If you want AppBuilder functionality to author apps, use sMash DE and AppBuilder from projectzero.org to create your apps, then package and deploy onto the Dynamic Scripting Feature Pack installation for production usage.
