Pinned topic IBM Optim z/OS security

Currently we are using IBM Optim for your data masking needs. We typically mask data coming from production to non-production using Optim. What is of concern here is that each user who uses Optim to extract data has a read access on production database. Is there was we can prevent this? Can we use a common username which can be internally used by Optim, the credentials of which are not available to the user accessing Optim?

The ultimate aim is not to permit users from accessing production database by their individual IDs. Is there a way we can achieve this ? Please respond if you have a solution in mind. This is a bit critical.
