Pinned topic Business Space - Substitution Parameters

‏2011-08-26T18:21:06Z |
Hello Group!

I am looking for syntax to use substitution parameters in the place of field values of the current Details Widget item into the XPath.

The following xpath expression is not working on Detail Widget.

/WSRR/GenericObject[ESR_SPMRequestServices(.)@name=${currentObject.fieldName}]

Info Center mentions these substitution parameters but no example is given.

http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/sr/v7r5/topic/com.ibm.sr.doc/cwsr_display_settingsforthedetailswidget_relationships.html
Thanks,
RKK

    Rewriting the expression...

    /WSRR/GenericObject[ESR_SPMRequestServices(.)[@name=$
    {currentObject.fieldName
    }]]

    <pre class="jive-pre"> /WSRR/GenericObject[ESR_SPMRequestServices(.)[@name=$ {currentObject.fieldName }]] </pre>
    the following worked.. it turns out didn't read the documentation properly.

    /WSRR/GenericObject[ESR_SPMRequestServices(.)[@name=$
    {currentObject.name
    }]]
