Pinned topic Filenet Capture API Viewer and Save TIFF Display Orientation

‏2011-08-17T20:35:00Z |
I wrote a .NET application that uses the Filenet Capture Viewer (5.2.1). When I have a page loaded into the viewer and click "rotate all" to rotate all of the documents in the batch all of the documents in the batch are rotated correctly, but when I am on one of the documents that I rotated and I click the "Save TIFF Display Orientation" button on top of the viewer, the currently displayed document is saved with the rotated orientation, but the other documents in the batch are set back to the incorrect rotation.

Could someone tell me what I am missing here?

Thank you very much in advance.
