Just as a reference, I was able to made a Eclipse Ganymede Setup with PDT 1.0.5 tooling and PHP debugging worked.

    AFAIK, the official documentation location is the published webpages that we're all familiar with. The doc plug-in is informal and unofficial, and probably not advertised, lest it disappear, ruin your lawn, etc.
