I'm getting a very similar error when trying to enable a feature in Commerce 6 toolkit (6.0.0.6 with feature pack 4)

    C:\WCToolkitEE60\bin>enableFeature -DfeatureName=Coremetrics
    Enabling components

I'll have to hunt around the system to try and find the zip/jar containing that implementation class.

That error can happen after the enablement is successful.  As a result, you can ignore it because it's not a real error.  The message is being thrown while RAD is shutting down and some plugins haven't been notified of the shutdown resulting in logging an error.  This may happen at times but it's pretty harmless.
