Pinned topic stop server doesn't work

Hallo,

I opened "first step" and click "stop server", but it just shows me a empty windows and stop nothing at all.

how can I stop the WAS ?

    I also tried to use "stopServer server1" and got "access denied"

    I changed access rights for fold "profiles", then it works.

      Can you clarify what userid was used to install, create the profile and start the server? If they are not all the same ID, you have to grant appropriate permissions. The v8 InfoCenter has quick a bit of docs on that. For example see:
