    Hi Alex, here is the procedures taken.

    • i pulled out the disk with uncertified drive error and waited for a while and replaced with a new one with the same FRU but it also labeled as uncertified drive. The same procedure and results with other disks from the expansion.

    Regards,
    Arnold

    i guess the data structure on the new disk can't be recognised by current firmware ,try this steps:
    1、pull out all 'uncertified drive';
    2、push one of them, find information like this,and copy the device id:
    WARN: Unsupported dacstore: dev = 0x100002
    3、run cmd:"isp cfgWipel,0x100002" , wipe the disk dacstore in memory.
    4、pull out this disk, repeat step1/2 with another one.
    5、pull all disk in .
    P.S:
    1、found this first when you really try to do this: "WARN: Unsupported dacstore ...."
    2、it must be the new disk which was unused.

    anyway,i can't promise what i'm said:(
