Can a Try/Catch block be used before a starter activity?
This knowledgebase entry seems to say that it can:
I can't get it to pass validation though, and here is what it tells me:
The first activity in an orchestration must be a starter activity or a Pick activity.

The referenced entry says that you can add a Global Catchall (not a Try activity). Right click on the green orchestration start icon (to the left of your starter activity). The context menu should indicate that you can add a global catchall.
