I'm loading @10K to 100K records at a time from SqlServer 2000 to SalesForce.com. My projects pull 20 records at a time and loop through the database tables, but the projects are crashing on the WMC at random times. Sometimes the project will make it through 1000 records, sometimes up to 10K but always crashes with different errors such as the following:
Salesforce.com returned an unexpected error: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset
Exception processing SingleTableNotification Job.Data error at row number 0 of table sysdba.CONTACT. The Error is SQLSTATE: HYT00 ERRORCODE: 0 Error Message: CastIron SystemsSQLServer JDBC DriverExecution timeout expired.
Does anyone have any help on best practices for long running data loads or any help with the error messages? Thanks so much -

I ran into the same problem. The Error is SQLSTATE: HYT00 ERRORCODE: 0 Error Message: CastIron SystemsOracle JDBC DriverExecution timeout expired.Based on the error DB execution times out. Are there any JDBC execution settings that can be set which might resolve this issue. The response time from SFDC or SFDC connector is out of our control.thanksAnna
