Hi

Despite the successful installation of TBSM,I am unable to view it in services. Any idea how TBSM can be reflected in the list of services?

    Can you please elaborate on the situation you are trying to resolve? I'm unclear on how you want TBSM reflected in the "list of services". Is this reference to a Windows OS service? Or representing TBSM in a MOSWOS type situation? Or forwarding TBSM service status for an SLA?

      Hi

      What I mean to say is that the TBSM Dashboard Server,i.e. TBSMProfile_Port_17310 is not visible in the list of services on Windows XP platform.

        Windows XP is not supported as a server environment of TBSM. According to the Installation Guide (http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/tivihelp/v3r1/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.tivoli.itbsm.doc/welcome.htm): "Windows XP Professional (client only) Intel x86, 32-bit"

        If you are using XP as the client machine (browser), you would not see the server process reflected in that machine's Windows OS service list.

        Hopefully that provides additional clarification.
