Pinned topic Flaws in TXSeries

‏2011-05-06T20:53:07Z |
Hello,
I use TXSeries 7.1.0.2, RDz 7.1.1.4 on a Windows XP platform with no mainframe host.
Being standalone, at 'Member' level of Partnerworld, having zero contact with any person at all in this environment and knowing of flaws in TXSeries, am I allowed to ask IBM to fix them. If so, how do I reach the TXSeries gurus to do this?
Thanks,
Graham Hobbs

Graham, I'm assuming your partnerworld member status should give you privilages to raise PMRs (or problem reports) with IBM and allow you to get fixes for the bugs (flaws that you refer). You need to talk to your partnerworld contact to find out on your eligibility to raise problem reports and the process for doing so.

    HTH.

      Hi Gogol,
I did contact somebody and they said they'd get back to me - has been 'a while' now. Likely lost in the shuffle - will try him again. What you said was reassuring.
      Thanks
