I am not sure where to find a BPMN diagram on RUP of Scrum/Agile processes. Rational Method Composer supports the OMG Software and Systems Process Engineering Metamodel (SPEM 2.0) and uses UML activity diagrams to illustrate processes and activities.
There is an integration between Rational Method Composer and Websphere Business Modeler. You may be able to use that to generate what you are looking for. You will find a whitepaper on the integration at:
