Re: Announcing OpenCL Development Kit for Linux on Power v0.32011-05-07T11:46:04ZThis is the accepted answer. This is the accepted answer.Specs says tested on:
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.5, 5.6 and 6.0;
SUSE® Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP 1;
I test Fedora12, ppc ends at 12, on a PS3.
Install logs tells me that all went fine, but xlcl start script fails!
It search and filter for an <os_release>, in my Fedora case is 12, so to update succesfully I had to invoke this missing parts:
ln -s xlc.cfg.rhel.gcc444 xlc.cfg.rhel12.gcc444
Compiling tells me that -lOpenCL is missing, resolved as before:
ln -s /usr/lib/libIBMOpenCL.so /usr/lib/libOpenCL.so
