Try it with bracket such as:
    ldapsearch -h ddgdaa61 -D <username> -w <password> -b "cn=users,dc=devdeluxe,dc=com" -s sub "(pwdaccountlockedtime=*)" dn
Note: pwdaccountlockedtime is a custom attribute. Therefore it is assumed that it has the correct string.

Do you have LDAP Browser handy?
Browse around the data using LDAP Browser and check whether 'pwdaccountlockedtime' is the correct string of attribute.

You can also try this first to make sure that the syntax of the search is correct:
    ldapsearch -h ddgdaa61 -D <username> -w <password> -b "cn=users,dc=devdeluxe,dc=com" -s sub "(uid=*)"
