One ";" for the end of statements, and one "@" for the end of "create or replace" routines and for "set" statements. Like an execute for the compilers and an execute for the runtime... Can this be done?

I would need to understand more about the use-case you are leveraging in Data Studio: Routine Editor, Generate DDL, Change Management?...
I am attaching a screenshot of Generate DDL on a trigger, though, this may not be applicable to what you are currently doing.
