Pinned topic If Red Hat, V5.5 is preinstalled, is there a way to use Hardware RAID 10?

If the Red Hat, V5.5 Operating System is preloaded at the IBM Plant onto a single disk and the Power system has five other disks on the same DASD RAID backplane, is there some way using Hardware RAID to stripe the Operating System across the entire six disks in a Hardware RAID 10 array? Or, does the preinstalled Operating System need to be erased and reinstalled after RAID 10 is set up on the hardware? Anyone know of any tricks for doing this without having to reinstall the OS? Please let me know. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
