Pinned topic Runtime Error after deploying component in WESB 7

Hi,

I've developed a mediation component which is exposed using a SOAP/HTTP binding.

After deployment, I attempt to invoke the service via SOAP/UI, and receive the following error:
<soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:soapenc="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">
<soapenv:Header/>
<soapenv:Body>
<soapenv:Fault>
<faultcode>soapenv:Server.generalException</faultcode>
<faultstring>com.ibm.websphere.sca.ServiceRuntimeException: CWSXM0200E: Could not locate the mediation flow for component MedFlow_SubmissionService_Validation in module MM_SubmissionService_Validation: caused by: com.ibm.wsspi.sibx.mediation.flow.MFCNotFoundException: CWSXM1010E: Could not locate the runtime mediation flow for mediation component MedFlow_SubmissionService_Validation in module MM_SubmissionService_Validation</faultstring>
</soapenv:Fault>
</soapenv:Body>
</soapenv:Envelope>

The component appears to have deployed correctly.

What can I check to validate this and resolve the issue ?

    How did you deploy your mediation module? Using WID or Admin Console or wsadmin command?
