Update: Although purchased as dual-port drives, drives were single-port. Customer will get replacement drives after 10 months.

Hello all, I am from NorilskNickel. Two months ago we receive 14 drives from our warehouse (it mean that they can located on warehouse a lot of time) with IBM option 43W7580, FRU 43W7583, P/N 43W7658 and we have the same problem - "Loss of Path Redundancy". It means that those 14 drives is for DS with single controller. We update firmware and NVsram but of couse it not help for us.

Some body help me is it posible to change this drives in IBM?
