Hi - does anyone know if IBM's software matrix ( http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/prodguid/v1r0/clarity/index.jsp ) indicates support for a major version (i.e. RHEL 5.0 ) it also supports the minor releases as well (i.e. 5.5 or 5.6 )?

Re: Support for RHEL minor releases (i.e. 5.5 or 5.6 )2011-01-17T15:46:08ZThis is the accepted answer. This is the accepted answer. If you view one of the sample reports, it says at the bottom "The support shown in this report may require a particular maintenance for the products. For further information please visit the IBM Software Support web page." I would expect things such as drivers that may be tied to a particular kernel version to have such requirements. Evaluation copies of many IBM products are available if you want to try on a particular system.
