Hi,

When i tried to access FileNet Monitoring Manager and Task Execution Manager from FSM. The Java WebStart is kicking off with login screen. After i entered user name and password, I'm getting the following error.

Error - "Server xxxfsmserver01 seems to be down" with 'ok' button.

FSM Configuration :

FSM - FileNet System Monitor 4.0.1

Components:
- CENIT WebTemplate
- CENIT WebConsole
- CENIT CALA packages
- CENIT PAM
- CENIT calamoma
- CENIT tools
- CENIT cala rex
- CENIT calatema
- CENIT Reporting
- CENIT shell

System:
- Server hostname: fsm-qa.suntrust.com
- Webserver: Apache/2.0.59 (Win32) PHP/5.2.3
- Database: MYSQL 5.0.51b-community-nt

Please let me know your suggestions and thoughts.

    I found the solution -

    On the FSM server, the NIC binding order was reversed and the front-end NIC became the first bound NIC. As a result, the FileNet services were binding to the frond-end instead of the back-end. I reversed the binding order of the NICs and restarted the services. Now the FSM distributed applications are responding properly.
