Pinned topic Filenet system monitor - "Error getting database for servercheck"

‏2010-12-28T12:51:32Z |
After installing FSM successfully I tried to login through webconsole login page,
it's login by user admin and password admin,
I see the preferences page open but I can't change any value and when I try to open the
"System Configuration" page it's give me message "Error getting database for servercheck".
my environment:
Win2003R2 SP2, FSM ver FSM-4.0.1-005, Apache_2.0.5, Mssql DB 2005
I have no errors in DB logs and no errors in apache logs.
What can I do.

I am not sure where is the install process you are, but you do need to add an Area and then add the FSM server into that Area. It is under FSM Administration.

Sorry, I didn't mean "Area", I meant "Company" and "Department". Sorry for the confusion.

I can't open the page of adding new company or department,
when click on FSM Administration link from the side menu I'm still getting
"Error getting database for servercheck", the correct action is when click on FSM administration I will find the top menu appeared to select Hosts then select add new company but it's not working like that.
