Pinned topic Export diagrams

‏2010-12-20T23:28:31Z |
Hi There,

Just wondering if it is possible to export the diagram which vce can create via a script. I know it's possible to create the diagrams in the workspace via script (via the vce.createDiagram task) which is great, but I want to go one step further and export the diagram as part of the script so I have a jpeg (or equivalent) view of the environment.

This would allow me to be able to produce diagrams dynamically whenever I run the script.

Cheers,

Andrew

    Hello,

I also desparetely need that functionality. Is there any progress on this request?

By the way, I loved this tool. I'm planning to publish comparison of two levels (Staging and UAT for instance) and also their topologies automatically. The first part is possible but I'd also love to have the jpeg export of diagrams automatically.

    Thanks,

    Hakan

    Hi,

I am new to the VCE. Plan to use it to compare two different environments using scripts. Do you know where can I find some documents/information about that?

    Thanks.
