Pinned topic When I Run halt -p on First Node Second Node Restart.

‏2010-12-12T19:54:22Z |
Dear All,
I configure 2-node cluster between two LPAR.
OS; AIX 6.1-04
HACMP: PowerHA 5.5.0
User Disk HeartBeat .

Resource groups are move node to node by restart and/or shutdown one node. I also move resource groups manually one node to other node successfully.

But when i run halt -p command on first node then other node restarted and after that resource groups is online on the second node.

    This could be:

Hard to say without your rsct version.

Call support if you have any questions.
    Hope this helps,

I have run into this problem twice this year. Both times it was RSCT updates that fixed it.
