Pinned topic Apex/ClearCase - Get VOB in Switch file?

‏2010-11-12T12:56:01Z |
You know how you can get things like subsystem, or user, or lots of things with placeholders in the Switch file?
For example:
SOME_SWITCH: /bla/bla/<subsystem:t:r>
OTHER_SWITCH: /path/to/user/home/<user>

Is there a placeholder that expands to your current ClearCase view?

Oops - thread title should be "Get view name in Switch file?", not VOB.
(Don't see a way to edit the title or previously submitted replies)

I found something that seems to work, but is this the "right" way, or best way to do it?

    SOME_SWITCH: /a_path_with_clearcase_view_name/<$CLEARCASE_ROOT:t>
