If you did not delete the old certificate files prior to upgrading to fixpack 5, how can you update them after the fact? I want to suppress the certificate popup every time I go into the Installer.

Of course, you can always apply FP5 again after deleting the certificates. However, if you replaced any binaries or have made any customizations to any of them, they will be overwritten.

I have asked FSM development what the best approach would be for this situation.

Delete the files in the <CENIT_ROOT>/keys directory and run the FP5 installer again, but toggle only the cala_rex package from N (nothing) to U (update). This will reinstall cala_rex server and the certificates.
