I am interested in this as well. My AJAX Test Server just changed ports, which means trouble for my iWidgets deployed by URL in Mashup Center.

This question appears to be pretty old, but since I couldn't find the answer anywhere and happened to figure it out... Here is what I did to update the port

    1. Shutdown RAD
    2. Open the file system to Workspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.wst.server.core
    3. Edit the servers.xml file
    4. Find the server element for the ajax test server defintion
    5. Add the attribut port="8888" (or whatever port you want)
    6. Restart RAD
    7. Restart the server - validate that the server is now running on port 8888 in the console
